How to cancel your subscription

Learn how to cancel your Pensero subscription and what happens to your data and workspace after cancellation.

If you need to cancel your Pensero subscription, you can do it directly from your billing settings.

Before you cancel

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your workspace and data remain accessible until the end of your current billing period

  • After that date, your account will be paused and data will no longer sync

  • If your account remains inactive for 1 month after cancellation, your data will be permanently deleted from Pensero and will no longer be accessible

How to cancel

  1. Go to Org Settings > Billing

  2. Click Manage seats in the top right corner of your current plan

  3. This opens your subscription page in Stripe

  4. Click Cancel subscription

  5. Follow the steps to confirm the cancellation

Your subscription will remain active until the next renewal date shown on your billing page.
