Why this matters
Pensero calculates delivery based on merged pull requests. If a repository is not connected, that work is invisible.
This guide is for Manager users without Admin permissions who need to validate whether repository coverage may be affecting delivery data. Use this section to check whether missing or disconnected repositories may be affecting a team member’s delivery data.
Check here before drawing any conclusions about a team member's output.
How to Identify Missing Repositories
How to get there
Open Pensero.
In the left sidebar, click Repositories under the Company section.
What you will see
A table with one row per repository. These are the columns that matter:
Column | What it tells you | Red flag |
PRs merged | Activity in the selected period. | Shows 0 but team is active there. |
All-time PRs | Total historical volume. Confirms the repo is real and active. | Very low number for a repo that has been around a while. |
Last PR merged | Most recent merge Pensero recorded. | Date is older than expected given team activity. |
Status | Whether Pensero is receiving data. | Anything other than Connected. |
What to do if a repository is missing or disconnected
If you spot a repository that is missing from the list or appears disconnected, contact one of your organization admins. Managers can review connected repositories, but only admins can add, remove, or update repository connections.
Instructions for admins:
Open the Integrations page.
Select Code Repositories.
If the connection is cloud-based, click Add repository.
If the connection is not cloud-based, select the correct instance. From there, click Add repository.
Add the missing repository.
Once added, Pensero will start ingesting data within a few hours. After one day, the repository should appear in the Repositories list and activity will begin to show.
If the repository has been added but data is still not appearing after one day, contact Pensero through the product chat. Share the repository name and the team will investigate and follow up with you.
