Where you can view and download your invoices in Pensero.

How to view and download your invoices

You'll receive an email notification when a new invoice is ready. This is sent to the billing contact email listed in your payment details. You'll need to log in to Pensero to view and download it.

  1. Go to Org Settings > Billing

  2. You'll see a list of all your invoices with their date and amount

Download an invoice

  1. Go to Org Settings > Billing

  2. Scroll down to the Invoices section

  3. Click View to open Stripe and download the invoice.

How to access invoices without admin permissions

If you already have a Pensero account

  • Ask a teammate with admin permissions to upgrade your role to Admin in Org Settings > Users > Permissions. Once updated, go to Org Settings > Billing to view and download invoices.

If you don't have a Pensero account

  • Ask an admin to add you as a teammate in Org Settings > Users > Add user with admin permissions. Once added, navigate to Org Settings > Billing to access invoices.

Can I have my invoice sent to a different email address?

Yes. To update the billing contact email:

  1. Go to Org Settings > Billing > Billing Details

  2. Update the Billing contact email in the Billing information section in Stripe with the new address.

  3. Save your changes. Future invoices will be sent to that address automatically.

How to update your billing details

To update your payment method, billing address, or company details:

  1. Go to Org Settings > Billing > Billing Details > Edit.

  2. In Stripe edit your payment method, company name, or address

Failed payment

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry up to four times over a 28-day period. If all attempts fail, your account will be frozen on the 28th day. To restore access, all unpaid invoices must be settled.

To pay an outstanding invoice:

  1. Go to Org Settings > Billing > Invoices Open > View

  2. In Stripe click on Pay on the unpaid invoice

Once all open invoices are paid, your account access is restored immediately. You may need to hard refresh your browser for services to resume.
